"Shipping actually showed up on time"
Ordered a couple of decor pieces and, shockingly, they showed up exactly when they said they would. The box wasn’t all beat to hell either, which was a nice change. I’ve dealt with plenty of late-delivery nonsense from other sites, so this was easy and not a total pain in the ass.

pretty happy with it. The decor is cute and for the price, it feels worth it. Nothing super fancy, but it looks nice and I’d buy again if I needed more peices

"I ended up having to return one..."
I ended up having to return one item from Decor Steals because the color just didn’t look right once I had it in my room. I was a little nervous about dealing with the return process, but the instructions were straightforward and customer service got back to me within a day, which was a relief.

The refund took a bit longer than I was hoping, but it did come through without any issues. It wasn’t totally perfect, but after actually going through it, I felt a lot better about ordering from them again.

I had a question about my order and expected to be left waiting, because that’s usually how these things seem to go for me. But customer service replied really quickly, which was a nice surprise.
They were polite and kept it simple, which I appreciated because I didn’t feel like dealing with a long back-and-forth just to get one basic answer. It felt good not having to fight for help for once.
Overall, it was a good experience and it made me feel a little more comfortable ordering from decorsteals.com again. I just wish every company made it this easy when customers need a hand

I really love the mix of rustic pieces and quirky little treasures here. Not everything is totally my style, but that’s part of the fun, I always end up finding something unique that makes me smile.

"I’ve ordered a few decor pieces from Decor..."
I’ve ordered a few decor pieces from Decor Steals now, i’ve been really happy with them. Everything showed up feeling solid, not "cheap" or flimsy at all. One shelf I bought has been used pretty much every day for months, and it still looks great. Shipping was totally fine too. I’d definitely order from them again.

It showed up quickly, which was nice, but the box was crushed on one side when it arrived. I can’t say for sure if that happened during shipping or before, but the decor piece had a small chip on it. It’s still usable, so I didn’t go through the hassle of returning it. Just wish it had been packed a little more securely.
